About the role
We are seeking a proactive Direct Sales Executive to promote and sell a range of banking products, including credit cards, personal loans, and other financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct, outdoor, referral and customer acquisition channels.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with UAE banking regulations and internal policies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in direct sales within the UAE banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and earning incentives.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
Required skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
