Director - AI Security

About the role

The Director of AI Security will lead a high‑performing regional practice, driving strategy, service delivery and commercial performance. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape a market‑leading AI security offering that aligns with evolving AI regulations and the region’s cybersecurity landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own a multi‑disciplinary practice covering AI governance, responsible AI, and technical AI security measures.
• Develop and execute a multi‑year growth strategy, managing P&L, pricing, utilization and cost control.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and other Cyber Defense units to deliver integrated AI security propositions.
• Define and evolve the AI Security portfolio, creating reusable IP, accelerators and automation‑driven delivery models.
• Monitor regulatory developments (UAE PDPL, DIFC, ADGM, UAE Cybersecurity Council, NESA/SIA, GDPR, EU AI Act, GCC frameworks) and translate them into market‑ready offerings.
• Lead pipeline development across the UAE, ensuring coverage, conversion and alignment with revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in AI security, governance or related cybersecurity domains.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of P&L ownership and revenue growth.
• Ability to influence government and enterprise clients and act as a trusted advisor on AI regulation and responsible AI adoption.
