Director, Business Development (C5ISR) – UAE

About the role

The Director of Business Development for C5ISR in the UAE will lead strategic growth of a multi‑billion‑dollar global pipeline of C5ISR system opportunities. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape sector strategy, drive cross‑functional collaboration and advance AI‑enabled solutions for international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a 3‑year global new‑business pipeline and exceed annual operating‑plan targets.
• Lead globally distributed, cross‑functional teams to pursue complex international C5ISR opportunities.
• Design and execute enterprise‑level campaigns that integrate capabilities across sectors.
• Shape long‑term business strategy and translate emerging AI technologies into market‑ready offerings.
• Leverage strategic partnerships and commercial technologies to accelerate solution development.
• Strengthen market positioning through senior‑level customer engagements, solution demonstrations and coordinated communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 13 years, or 19 years without a degree.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑year pipelines in defense, aerospace or advanced‑technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international pursuits and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills at the executive level.
