Director – Butler Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Director – Butler Services to lead a high‑touch, luxury butler operation for its upcoming resort. The role oversees the entire guest journey from pre‑arrival through post‑departure, ensuring privacy, security and brand standards are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, high‑touch service for Butler guests, anticipating needs with discretion and empathy.
• Manage daily Butler operations, including housekeeping, amenities, and maintenance coordination.
• Monitor inventory, equipment and supplies to maintain readiness and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure impeccable presentation and functionality.
• Collaborate with VIP Services, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments for cohesive service delivery.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Butler Services team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, service protocols and quality‑control mechanisms.
• Analyze guest feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee departmental budgets, staffing plans and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of luxury hospitality experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing high‑profile clientele and exclusive accommodations.
• Strong operational, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic or Mandarin are a plus.
• High level of discretion, tact and diplomacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
