About the role
The Director will lead government relations, regulatory engagement and corporate affairs for a large organization operating across regulated sectors in the UAE. This senior position serves as the primary interface with government bodies and regulators, focusing on policy monitoring, advocacy and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage government relations, regulatory engagement and corporate affairs across the UAE.
- Act as the primary interface with government bodies and regulators.
- Monitor policy developments, lead advocacy efforts and mitigate related risks.
- Support licensing, compliance and strategic initiatives involving public entities.
- Collaborate closely with legal and executive leadership.
Required profile
- Senior experience in government relations or public affairs within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and stakeholder dynamics.
- Demonstrated discretion, credibility and strong communication skills.
- Arabic fluency highly preferred.
- Experience in highly regulated sectors is an advantage.
