Director Finance Tools, Process & Systems

About the role

IFS is seeking a Director to lead Finance Tools, Process & Systems within its corporate FP&A function. The role will shape the strategy and execution of finance‑technology transformation, driving the rollout of an AI‑enabled Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform and the redesign of ERP and data architectures across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for finance tools, processes and data models, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead the enterprise‑wide implementation of a next‑generation, AI‑enabled EPM platform, overseeing configuration, integration and change management.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data and executive stakeholders to redesign ERP finance structures and embed AI capabilities into planning and analysis.
• Establish governance frameworks for finance data, integration architecture and AI solution design.
• Assemble and guide cross‑functional project teams, acting as the primary liaison between finance and technology functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale finance technology programmes, preferably at a senior or director level.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of driving change in complex, global organisations.
