Director, Fitness

About the role

The Director, Fitness will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Fitness and Recovery Labs at SIRO One Za’abeel. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver world‑class wellbeing experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Fitness and Recovery facilities.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and revenue growth.
• Develop innovative fitness programmes, classes and personalised member journeys.
• Ensure exceptional guest and member satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing team of managers, trainers and specialists.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to promote memberships and programmes.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, cleanliness and service.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce new wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leader in fitness, wellness or luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue generation.
• Passion for helping people achieve their health and performance goals.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience inspiring teams and delivering operational excellence.
