About the role

The Food & Beverage Director leads all aspects of Hilton's food and beverage operations in Dubai, shaping the guest experience through strategic vision and operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring the highest quality standards, and fostering a culture of hospitality that brightens every guest's stay.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the F&B operational strategy to maximise profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Plan, budget, forecast and oversee all administrative and operational functions of the department.
• Control food, beverage and labour costs while driving revenue through innovative marketing and service initiatives.
• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing team through performance management, training and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations, maintaining the highest standards of wellbeing for guests and team members.
