About the role

Assist with the management and growth of Investment Banking client relationships for UAE Government entities, improving service quality and ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.

Key responsibilities

• Implement CIB functional policies, procedures and controls across the department.
• Conduct financial analysis of clients and their industries to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors and Executive Directors to originate new business opportunities.
• Develop term sheets, information memorandums and financial models for transactions.
• Examine and resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of deals.
• Participate in pitching, negotiation and closing of transactions.
• Achieve team financial performance targets and drive cross‑selling with key clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of investment banking experience.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and FAB’s products and strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Master’s degree in business administration is preferred.
