Director IT Solution Delivery (Mass Market Segment)

About the role

This role leads end-to-end IT delivery for the mass market segment, ensuring business and product priorities are turned into achievable delivery commitments across multiple Agile squads, technology teams and partners. It covers integrated planning, risk management, cross-squad dependencies and continuous improvement, without controlling squad-level execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own predictable end-to-end IT delivery and lead integrated planning and delivery cadence, including PI Planning, refinement and reviews.
• Manage cross-squad and external dependencies across technology teams, Network, vendors and other delivery functions.
• Lead risk and impediment management, resolving or escalating systemic impediments.
• Use PI metrics and delivery data to improve forecasting and delivery performance, without comparing squads by velocity or Story Points.
• Orchestrate delivery across Agile, waterfall, vendor and external dependencies.
• Build alignment across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quality, Operations and external partners.
• Enable autonomous squads with Scrum Masters and coach teams in Agile-at-Scale ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement through cross-squad Inspect & Adapt.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Business Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, including significant leadership in complex, enterprise-scale product or digital delivery.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery across multiple Agile squads and establishing a product-led delivery model.
• Experience with scaled Agile delivery, including PI or equivalent planning cycles and cross-squad dependency management.
• Experience coaching teams, upskilling them and embedding autonomy and delivery discipline.
