Director of AI

About the role

Azizi Developments seeks a senior leader to define and execute its AI strategy across real‑estate and corporate functions. The role will shape AI governance, drive solution delivery, and build a high‑performing AI team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise AI strategy, roadmap and AI Centre of Excellence aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design, development and deployment of AI solutions such as machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, chatbots and document intelligence.
• Apply AI to real‑estate processes including project planning, pricing, lead scoring, customer engagement and facilities management.
• Establish data, analytics and AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and security standards.
• Build, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary AI team and promote AI awareness across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience leading AI strategy and delivery in large organisations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into AI use cases and measurable ROI.

Required skills

• Machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), predictive analytics.
• AI platforms, cloud‑based AI services, enterprise chatbots, document intelligence.
• Integration with ERP, CRM, HRMS and business intelligence systems.
• Data preparation, model development, validation, deployment and monitoring.
