Director of Commercial Sales (Newton)

About the role

Affle is seeking a senior commercial leader to build and scale the Ultra and Newton agency businesses across the region. Based in Dubai, you will own the commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage high‑value agency relationships for two fast‑growing performance‑marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Ultra and Newton, including revenue planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Develop and nurture senior‑level relationships with major agency holding groups and strategic partners.
• Lead complex commercial opportunities from prospecting through closure, negotiating large deals and strategic partnerships.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities to expand the business footprint.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Operations, and leadership teams to align commercial priorities with delivery.
• Mentor and support the commercial team, fostering a strong sales culture.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of senior commercial or agency sales experience in AdTech, digital advertising, performance marketing, or media.
• Proven track record of building and scaling regional or international revenue.
• Strong senior‑level relationships across major media agencies and holding groups.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
