Director of Data & Analytics

About the role

Are you a strategic data leader who can turn complex data into powerful business decisions? We are looking for an accomplished Director of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise‑wide data strategy, analytics initiatives and high‑performing data teams while delivering measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s overall data and analytics strategy
• Lead data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data science initiatives
• Build and manage high‑performing data and analytics teams
• Partner with senior leadership to turn business challenges into data‑driven solutions
• Establish data governance, quality, security, and management standards
• Oversee dashboards, reporting frameworks, and advanced analytics capabilities
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and predictive analytics to improve business performance
• Define and monitor data and analytics KPIs
• Manage relationships with technology partners and external data service providers
• Drive a strong data‑driven culture across the organization

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, BI or technology
• Proven experience leading data and analytics teams at a senior level
• Strong knowledge of data strategy, governance, visualization and analytics platforms
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and BI technologies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• UAE / GCC experience is an advantage
