Director of Data & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Director of Data & Analytics to shape our enterprise data strategy and drive data‑informed decision‑making across the organization. Based in Dubai, you will lead high‑performing analytics teams and partner with senior leadership to turn complex information into measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise‑wide data and analytics strategy.
• Lead Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science and reporting functions.
• Build scalable data platforms, pipelines, warehouses and analytics solutions.
• Establish data governance, quality, security and privacy frameworks.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify high‑impact analytics opportunities and drive AI/ML adoption.
• Manage budgets, projects, technology partners and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in data, analytics or BI.
• Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise data strategies.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to link data initiatives to business outcomes.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC is highly desirable.
