Director of Digital Twin & Scalable Content

About the role

The Director, Digital Twin and Scalable Content Capabilities leads a global operational area that connects Digital Twins with automated content creation at scale. This senior leader translates business priorities into roadmaps, operating models and measurable outcomes for high‑volume, reusable product representations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end service portfolio, including global operations, platform priorities, partner performance and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute operating models, governance frameworks, service catalogues and resource allocation across projects, platforms and partners.
• Lead cross‑functional implementation across Marketing, Packaging, Product Data, Digital Shelf, bottling partners and external providers.
• Drive integration with PIM, DAM, packaging systems and digital shelf syndication, establishing readiness criteria before global rollout.
• Monitor performance metrics (quality, throughput, automation, cost) and hold internal teams and external partners accountable for service levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience leading a global or multi‑market digital service or content‑production capability.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operating plans, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong vendor, commercial and financial acumen with experience managing contracts and external spend.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading teams in a complex matrixed organization.
