Director of Education for K-12 School Network

About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking a visionary Director of Education to lead four campuses across Abu Dhabi City and the Western Region. Starting August 2026, the role will shape strategic direction, curriculum delivery and school improvement for a community of over 6,000 students from KG to Grade 12.

Key responsibilities

• Provide robust intellectual leadership and set a clear vision for teaching and learning excellence.
• Oversee curriculum implementation of the US Massachusetts/Common Core program and AP pathways.
• Drive continuous improvement across academic performance, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with principals, senior leaders and the Board to align school initiatives with ADNOC Schools’ strategic objectives.
• Manage commercial and educational line‑management responsibilities for all managed schools.
• Foster partnerships with strategic stakeholders to support the UAE’s broader education vision.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in international K‑12 settings (UK, USA or similar).
• Strong interpersonal and cultural awareness to engage Board members, parents, teachers and principals.
• Excellent communication skills and a visible ambassadorial presence.
• Strategic thinker capable of delivering outstanding educational outcomes.
