Director of Food and Beverage

About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a seasoned Director of Food and Beverage to lead all food and beverage operations across its Dubai property. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will be responsible for culinary, restaurants, bars, room service and banquets, ensuring the brand’s service standards and financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a food and beverage operating strategy aligned with the brand’s business objectives.
• Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring compliance with policies, standards and guest service expectations.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment and training to meet operational and financial goals.
• Control procurement, ordering and inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Lead monthly self‑inspection programmes and maintain health, safety and quality standards.
• Analyse financial reports, set budgets, and drive revenue growth and cost optimisation.
• Recommend capital investments for equipment, renovations and new concepts.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of progressive experience in food & beverage, culinary or event management, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in managing multi‑outlet operations within luxury hotels.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to meet budgetary targets.
