Director of Food & Beverage (Resort & Spa)

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As the Director of Food & Beverage you will lead and inspire the team to create memorable dining experiences across the resort, driving performance through strong leadership, commercial focus and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, consistency and standards across all venues.
• Deliver outstanding Guest experiences, respond to feedback and continuously improve satisfaction.
• Drive commercial performance by managing revenue, profitability, budgets, payroll and departmental expenses.
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop the Food & Beverage team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, hygiene, food safety and quality expectations.
• Set departmental objectives, budgets, work schedules and performance targets aligned with hotel goals.
• Collaborate on menu and concept development, promotions and dining experiences.
• Oversee inventory, stock management and waste control to improve efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews, succession planning and staff development.
• Maintain strong communication within the department and with other hotel areas.
• Ensure safety, security, fire and health compliance.
• Promote sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a full‑service hotel or resort.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of managing budgets, costs and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Deep understanding of Food & Beverage operations, brand standards, food safety and hygiene.
• Experience overseeing multiple venues and diverse dining concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field (advantageous).
• Previous experience with Hilton brand preferred.
