Director of Growth & Partnerships (UAE National)

About the role

A senior commercial leadership opportunity for an ambitious UAE National to shape growth across the UAE and wider GCC region. The role reports to the executive leadership team and drives revenue growth, leads strategic partnerships, builds senior stakeholder relationships and manages a high-performing commercial function. It is based in Abu Dhabi and is listed as permanent work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute GCC growth and commercial strategies.
• Lead business development initiatives across government and enterprise sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior public and private sector stakeholders.
• Drive tender, RFP and procurement opportunities through to completion.
• Lead and develop a commercial team focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage pipeline development, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and convert new opportunities.

Required profile

• UAE National with a family book.
• Proven experience in commercial leadership, business development, partnerships or growth roles.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth in B2G and/or B2B environments.
• Experience engaging with government entities, procurement processes and senior decision-makers.
• Strong leadership experience managing commercial, partnerships or business development teams.
• Fluent Arabic and English are highly desirable.
