About the role

As the Director of Marketing & Communications for Palazzo Versace Dubai, you will shape the hotel’s brand presence, drive guest engagement and position the property as a leading luxury destination worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing, public relations and communications strategy, aligning with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all advertising, collateral and promotional materials in line with global standards.
• Manage media relations, press activities and crisis communications, building relationships with key media, influencers and partners.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, PPC, email campaigns and social media, ensuring compelling storytelling and driving direct bookings.
• Conceptualise and execute promotional events, collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand perception and support F&B, spa and special initiatives.
• Prepare, forecast and control the marketing and communications budget, measuring campaign performance and ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of senior‑level experience in luxury hospitality marketing, preferably within a 5‑star hotel.
• Proven experience working in the Middle East market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Professional, creative and adaptable, with a strategic mindset and hands‑on execution capability.
