Director of Marketing – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead the brand and revenue‑driving initiatives for Jumeirah Zabeen Saray, an exclusive beachside resort on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies across Rooms, Food & Beverage and Spa, aligned with business priorities and brand objectives.
• Lead innovative digital initiatives such as website optimisation, social media, e‑mail campaigns and other revenue‑generating activities to boost acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, F&B, Rooms and Spa teams to create targeted campaigns that increase room revenue, F&B footfall, Spa spend and overall resort performance.
• Manage external agencies and partners across advertising, PR, creative, media and promotional activities, ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Oversee marketing budgets, reporting and strategic planning while maintaining alignment with the Jumeirah Brand Strategy and resort standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles within luxury hospitality.
• Strong experience in the Dubai/UAE five‑star hotel or resort market.
• Proven expertise in integrated marketing and PR across Rooms, F&B, Spa and lifestyle offerings.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, e‑commerce, media and campaign management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and commercial skills with a track record of managing budgets, agencies and teams.
