Director of Nursing – IVF

About the role

Almediqa is recruiting an experienced Nursing Director – IVF for a leading healthcare organization in the UAE. The role leads nursing and allied health services while ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality, patient safety and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive clinical excellence and quality improvement.
• Develop and implement nursing strategy.
• Manage staffing and workforce requirements.
• Mentor nursing leaders and employees.
• Build strong relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in IVF.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience as a Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director within an IVF Centre.
• Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Registered Nurse with the relevant UAE Healthcare Authority.

Required skills

• Strong leadership and people‑management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of IVF nursing and allied health services.
• Experience in quality improvement, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong workforce planning and resource‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
