Director of Payments Products

About the role

The Director of Payments Products will shape and execute the unified product vision for e& money’s payments portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive growth through innovative, scalable, and compliant financial solutions while leading international expansion and localization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the product strategy, portfolio roadmap and market positioning for consumer and merchant payments across all e& operating companies.
• Lead cross‑functional squads to deliver modular, high‑performing products, APIs, SDKs and embedded finance capabilities.
• Oversee international roll‑outs, ensuring regulatory alignment, cultural adaptation and competitive differentiation in each market.
• Set and monitor KPIs such as app downloads, active users, transaction volumes, revenue and EBITDA, using VOC and behavioral analytics to refine product‑market fit.
• Act as product advisor to senior leadership and build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in financial product development or leadership within fintech, banking or technology firms.
• 8‑10 years focused on consumer and business fintech products, with a proven record of launching and scaling cards, wallets, lending, insurance or B2B solutions.
