About the role

The Lana, a luxury hotel and residence brand within the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a Director of Residences to lead its exclusive residential offering in Dubai. This senior position oversees all aspects of resident experience, ensuring the brand’s standards of service, hospitality, and community are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the residences, aligning with the brand’s vision and guest expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the residences team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee resident relations, handling inquiries, requests, and bespoke services to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to integrate residence services with overall hotel operations.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control for the residences.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging guest feedback and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end residential management.
• Strong understanding of service excellence, guest experience, and brand standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with residents and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational KPIs.
