Director of Revenue – Hotel

About the role

As the Director of Revenue for Pullman Dubai Downtown, you will lead the hotel’s revenue strategy, driving financial performance through pricing, forecasting and distribution management. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align commercial tactics with the guest experience in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies that support the hotel’s financial objectives and market positioning.
• Analyze competitive landscape, market dynamics and consumer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor and manage KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and revenue targets across all segments.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets and revenue projections using advanced analytical tools and historical data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align pricing strategies with promotional campaigns and market positioning initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in revenue management and hotel operations, preferably within a 5‑star international brand.
• Strong expertise in pricing, demand forecasting, inventory optimization and revenue strategies.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
