Director of Solutions Consulting – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Lead a geographically distributed Solutions Consulting team across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and South Africa, shaping how Genesys applies AI and cloud CX technology to improve customer and employee experiences. Partner with sales and cross‑functional leaders to influence go‑to‑market strategy and drive sustainable regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Solutions Consulting strategy for the region, aligning capabilities, investments and execution with business objectives.
• Develop and lead a high‑performing, multi‑country team, fostering an AI‑first culture of continuous innovation.
• Partner with sales leadership to strengthen complex enterprise opportunity execution and demonstrate technical and business value.
• Translate customer priorities into data‑driven solutions that showcase measurable business value and support adoption of Genesys Cloud, CCaaS and AI capabilities.
• Influence product direction by feeding regional customer needs, market trends and competitive insights to product management and engineering.

Required profile

• 10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales or Sales Engineering with significant people‑leadership experience.
• Proven success leading distributed teams across multiple countries and partnering with senior sales leaders on enterprise opportunities.
• Strong executive communication, consultative engagement and data‑driven storytelling abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
