Director of Solutions Sales – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Solutions Sales to lead complex enterprise deal architectures from our Dubai hub. This high‑profile, techno‑commercial role bridges deep technical intelligence with elite commercial execution, targeting high‑value accounts across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architectural blueprint and commercial design for large‑scale enterprise deals, aligning technical delivery with client ROI objectives.
• Lead consultative sales cycles for high‑value accounts, navigating matrixed buyer committees, technical decision‑makers, procurement teams, and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Structure complex commercial agreements, pricing frameworks, and service‑level agreements while ensuring technical compliance and profitable economics.
• Represent the organization as a technical subject‑matter expert and strategic commercial leader across the Middle East, anchoring relationships from Dubai.

Required profile

• Comfortable white‑boarding enterprise solution architectures with engineering leads and presenting commercial payback structures to senior finance leaders.
• Proven track record of securing and scaling large‑scale, complex enterprise deals in competitive technology landscapes.
• Deep familiarity with the enterprise landscape in Dubai and the wider Middle East; native or fluent Arabic preferred.
