Director of Source-to-Pay Excellence

About the role

Dubai Holding Group Services is seeking a Director – Source to Pay Excellence to lead the enterprise‑wide transformation of Source‑to‑Pay services across Dubai Holding. This senior leadership role is accountable for shaping the S2P transformation agenda, strengthening the operating model, improving end‑to‑end service performance and enabling technology‑led ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Source‑to‑Pay excellence agenda across Procurement, Contracting, Vendor Management, Supplier Enablement and Purchase‑to‑Pay, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Assess current operating models, process performance, governance, system utilisation and customer pain points to identify material improvement opportunities.
• Develop practical transformation roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans to improve service quality, cycle time, compliance, user experience and value delivery.
• Act as senior figurehead for S2P transformation, providing direction, challenge and escalation support across complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Partner with DHIT and technology suppliers to ensure system enhancements, Oracle Fusion optimisation and digital enablement are business‑led and adoption‑focused.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and work with Change and Communications teams to ensure clear engagement, training and adoption.
• Define measurable success criteria and benefits tracking for each major S2P initiative.
• Lead, coach and develop the S2P Excellence Team, setting clear priorities and standards.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Technology or a related discipline.
• 10+ years experience in Procurement, Source‑to‑Pay, Finance operations, shared services or enterprise transformation, with exposure to complex multi‑business environments.
• Proven track record leading end‑to‑end process transformation from opportunity identification through delivery and benefits realisation.
• Strong understanding of S2P technologies, ERP‑enabled process design and Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, managing governance forums and influencing decisions without formal authority.
• Experience building or leading small expert teams and developing transformation capability.
