Director of Technical Implementation – EMEA

About the role

The Director of Technical Implementation, EMEA, leads the regional technical delivery organisation, transforming it into a scalable, high‑performing function that serves multiple countries across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Based in Dubai, the role centralises technical leadership, establishes a unified operating model and ensures consistent implementation quality for InterSystems EHR and HealthShare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and unify all Technical Implementation teams across EMEA under a single functional structure.
• Define and enforce best‑practice, governance and quality frameworks for every project.
• Align technical delivery with country leadership to meet annual project targets while leveraging regional synergies.
• Drive cross‑country collaboration, resource optimisation and flexible deployment of expertise.
• Own regional capacity planning, forecasting and utilisation, using data and AI‑driven insights.
• Oversee partner strategy, onboarding, performance management and alignment.
• Embed and scale the AI‑powered ARIES methodology across all delivery activities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to delivery quality, efficiency, resource utilisation and partner performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical implementation teams at a regional or multi‑country level.
• Strong understanding of EHR and HealthShare solutions and their deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and enforce governance, quality and best‑practice frameworks.
• Experience with AI‑driven methodologies and data‑based capacity planning.
• Track record of successful partner management and cross‑functional collaboration.
