Director of Wellness and Retail

About the role

Director of Wellness and Retail will lead the operational and financial direction of the wellness, movement and longevity department at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai, ensuring high standards of guest experience and profitability. The role works closely with the General Manager on marketing, budgeting, staff relations and training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall performance of the wellness, movement and longevity department, maintaining professional standards and financial results.
• Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports, propose policy recommendations and monitor budget achievement.
• Develop and implement annual budget and business plan in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Lead marketing activities for the department and integrate them into the hotel’s overall strategy.
• Oversee staff training, development and HR compliance to ensure a motivated, high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Certificate in Wellness Management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wellness management or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• MQA‑approved trainer with knowledge of wellness therapies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
