Director of Wellness Operations

About the role

The Director, Wellness Operations leads the performance, development and delivery of spa, fitness and wellness services across Raffles and Fairmont hotels. Based in Dubai, the role supports existing properties as well as new openings, renovations and repositioning projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational performance and commercial development of wellness offerings, ensuring brand vision and standards are met.
• Assist pre‑openings and renovation projects with operating models, staffing, training, menus, systems and equipment.
• Conduct property visits and operational reviews, identify priorities and drive actions with hotel teams.
• Develop treatment menus, wellness programmes, fitness experiences and retail strategies.
• Implement brand standards, SOPs, training tools and quality frameworks across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Senior experience in luxury hotel spa and wellness operations.
• Proven track record supporting multiple hotels, pre‑openings or renovations.
• Strong commercial understanding of spa and wellness performance metrics.
• International luxury hospitality experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Experience implementing operational standards, training and service concepts.
• Ability to analyse revenue, productivity, payroll, utilisation and other wellness KPIs.
