Director Product Manager – Insurance & Wealth Solutions (EMEA)

About the role

The Director Product Manager will lead end‑to‑end insurance product due diligence across the EMEA region, ensuring robust governance, risk management and competitive positioning. This senior role combines strategic insight with hands‑on oversight of product design, pricing, and advisory activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full due‑diligence process for insurance products and providers, from assessment to ongoing oversight.
• Evaluate product design, features, pricing, value proposition and suitability to maintain a strong market position.
• Oversee insurance advisory activities, including publications, client‑facing materials and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Collaborate with country and group stakeholders to implement and enhance due‑diligence standards.
• Drive projects related to insurance advisory, product development and provider governance, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business/Commerce preferred.
• Extensive experience in insurance product management and advisory, covering life, health and general insurance.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self‑starter capable of operating independently and leading cross‑functional teams.
