Director, Product Manager – Threat Protection & IP Intelligence

About the role

Mastercard’s Security Solutions organization is looking for a senior product leader to own the Threat Protection and IP Intelligence portfolio. The role combines cybersecurity expertise with commercial accountability, driving product strategy, roadmap, and P&L performance across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end product strategy, prioritising customer segments, value propositions and measurable business outcomes.
• Own the portfolio P&L, managing revenue, expenses, forecasting, budgeting, pricing and investment planning.
• Lead commercialization activities – packaging, pricing, licensing, channel strategy, sales enablement and go‑to‑market launches.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, operations and support teams to translate market and customer requirements into scalable product releases.
• Engage directly with customers, partners and regional sales teams to build pipeline, address adoption barriers and identify expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience in cybersecurity, network or cloud security products, with full lifecycle ownership.
• Demonstrated commercial ownership of a product P&L, including revenue targets, budgeting, pricing and margin management.
• Experience launching B2B security solutions, developing value propositions, packaging and channel strategies.
• Strong ability to influence across matrixed, global organisations and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
