Director Sales CIS

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Sales for the CIS region to lead adidas’ wholesale, brick‑and‑mortar and direct‑to‑consumer channels in Dubai. The role is responsible for delivering profitable market share, net sales and margin growth while upholding the adidas brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the CIS sales strategy across Wholesale Key Accounts, B&M and DPC, aligning with global and market priorities.
• Set targets, track performance, manage risks and capture new business opportunities to maximise net sales and margin.
• Ensure commercial discipline and adidas standards are applied consistently across all channels.
• Review, challenge and sign off strategic account, marketing and DPC growth plans.
• Lead negotiations and enforce adidas trade terms.
• Oversee cross‑channel execution, marketplace planning and consumer‑right distribution.
• Build the organisational framework for the CIS sales team and staff key positions in partnership with HR.
• Coach, develop and retain talent while fostering a performance‑driven culture.
• Monitor competitor activity, sell‑through data and provide realistic forecasts.

Required profile

• Senior sales leader with proven success managing wholesale key accounts, B&M and/or DPC businesses in multi‑market environments.
• Strong analytical capability for strategy development and business performance.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
