Director - Sales Operations & Customer Experience

About the role

Lead and optimise the end‑to‑end customer sales journey for BEEAH Real Estate developments, covering lead generation, booking, contracting, collections and handover. The role oversees sales operations, CRM governance, broker management and ensures regulatory‑compliant, customer‑centric delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales operations and customer experience strategies aligned with growth and revenue targets.
• Lead teams responsible for CRM (Salesforce) governance, sales administration, documentation management and the customer journey.
• Standardise and govern the full sales lifecycle, including EOI, reservations, KYC/AML verification, SPA management and handovers.
• Manage inventory controls, pricing governance, commercial approvals and contract compliance.
• Oversee broker onboarding, accreditation, performance monitoring and commission management.
• Coordinate with Finance on collections, payment tracking and revenue realisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in sales operations, CRM or customer experience within real estate or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Professional certifications in Salesforce, CRM, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma or Process Excellence are desirable.
