Director Strategy & Growth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Director of Strategy & Growth to shape the long‑term direction of our real‑estate development portfolio. The role will drive strategic planning, identify new investment opportunities, and support executive decision‑making to maximise enterprise value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year strategic roadmap aligned with market opportunities and business objectives.
• Lead corporate planning, performance reviews and transformation initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate and pursue new development projects, land acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic investments.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial evaluations and commercial due diligence for growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, landowners, government bodies and development partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.
• Oversee business case development, financial modelling and ROI analysis for major projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Development, Commercial and Investment teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in real‑estate development, corporate strategy or investment analysis.
• Proven track record of leading strategic growth initiatives and delivering measurable results.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of the real‑estate market in the UAE.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership development skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
