Director, Transformation Governance

About the role

The Transformation Program Governance Director provides strategic oversight and leadership for Chalhoub Group’s multi‑year digital transformation program. Operating at Group level, this leader ensures disciplined execution, strategic alignment, and value realization across all streams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive governance for the entire digital transformation program, allocating resources, budgets, and priorities to maximize business impact.
• Safeguard program outcomes by overseeing benefit realization and holding workstreams accountable for measurable value.
• Support and challenge program leaders, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and barriers.
• Provide senior leadership with data‑driven insights, independent assurance, and strategic recommendations.
• Define, document, and continuously evolve Group‑wide governance frameworks, standards, and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance expertise with the ability to enforce standards and accountability.
• Ability to allocate resources and manage budgets across multiple entities.
• Excellent analytical skills to deliver data‑driven insights for senior decision‑makers.
