Distribution Operations Manager

About the role

A leading digital bank is looking for a Distribution Operations Manager, advertised by Envision Employment Solutions. You will run the network that brings the bank into physical reach: every point deployed, every vendor keeping it running, and every incident that takes one offline. The points are where the bank still meets customers in person, and you keep that promise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and hold Point vendors accountable to their contracted SLAs
• Oversee Point deployment, installation and decommissioning strategy across locations
• Own Point network performance reporting and flag issues to the Banking Operations Director
• Manage Point-related incident escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure Points comply with regulatory and internal standards
• Maintain oversight of documentation on Point locations, contracts and vendor performance
• Coordinate with Technology, Infrastructure, Compliance and Risk teams on network issues
• Manage and develop the L1 Operations Analyst

Required profile

• 10+ years in vendor management, field operations or kiosk/ATM/self-service network management
• Experience managing third-party service providers and holding vendors to SLAs
• Strong operational coordination across multiple locations or sites
• Familiarity with kiosk, ATM or self-service terminal operations preferred
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
