Divisional Manager – MEP Projects

About the role

The MEP Divisional Manager will lead the entire MEP projects division, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design through execution to hand‑over. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for profitable, timely, and high‑quality delivery of MEP works across high‑rise buildings, villas, malls and commercial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership of the MEP division, establishing cost and revenue monitoring systems.
• Optimize resource allocation and control project costs using Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
• Manage project scheduling with Primavera and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Identify and pursue new MEP opportunities, leading business capture efforts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee design, planning, execution and hand‑over while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate procurement, finance, contracts and supply‑chain functions to align with project schedules.
• Promote energy‑efficient and sustainable solutions within MEP designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MBA or Business Management preferred).
• 10‑12 years of experience managing MEP projects for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
• 3‑4 years in a divisional manager role within the UAE or GCC.
• PMI‑PMP certification is a plus.
