Door Ambassador (BellBoy)

About the role

As a Door Ambassador (also known as a BellBoy) you are one of the first faces a guest meets when entering a Renaissance Hotel in Dubai. Your friendly, authentic approach creates a personalized welcome and sets the tone for the stay. You will use your knowledge of the local area and hotel services to guide guests to their rooms, luggage, and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at the entrance, provide a warm welcome and assist with check‑in procedures.
• Escort guests and their luggage to the appropriate location, whether inside the hotel or to external transport.
• Offer information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation, tailoring advice to each guest’s preferences.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, parking, concierge and other departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to company policies, keep uniform and appearance professional, and handle objects up to 50 lb safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
