About the role
The Door Ambassador, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests in Dubai. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide information about the hotel and local area, and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete daily reports.
- Maintain a safe and professional appearance, adhering to company policies and uniform standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Collaborate with other hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
