About the role

Join the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah team and brighten guests' days by delivering memorable hospitality experiences. As a Door Attendant you will greet guests, handle luggage, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.
• Handle luggage with care: retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Assist with guest transport: operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
• Maintain equipment standards: keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
