About the role

The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a professional Doorman to welcome guests and create a memorable first impression at our luxury hotel in Dubai. You will be the face of the property, ensuring every visitor feels valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Assist with luggage delivery, collection, and coordination with porters.
• Provide information and directions, handling special requests with flexibility and creativity.
• Support fellow doormen, drivers, and luggage porters to maintain seamless service.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of hospitality, reflecting the “We Care” philosophy.

Required profile
