Driver – Resort Transportation

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Driver to join the Desert Islands Resort & Spa team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves transporting guests, team members and management safely across the resort and to external locations, while upholding the high hospitality standards of Anantara.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual transport for guests, staff and management to and from the resort, airport and city destinations.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic regulations.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues and keep vehicles clean and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption and vehicle usage.
• Assist with staff shuttles, airport transfers and special operational trips as required.
• Adapt to the remote resort environment and flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic rules.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to live and work on a remote resort site.
