Dual Degree and New International Program Development Officer

About the role

The Dual Degree and New International Program Development Officer will lead the design, implementation and recruitment for Ajman University’s dual‑degree and other international programmes. The role owns the product lifecycle from conception to maturity, ensuring growth of the university’s international student base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed internal and external market analysis to shape product and recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with AU colleges to identify target programmes and partner institutions for new dual‑degree offerings.
• Manage the Student Programs Coordinator and Events Coordinator, overseeing student‑facing activities and operations.
• Generate and nurture student pipelines, meeting KPIs throughout the full sales lifecycle.
• Coordinate budgets and product P&L for all marketing and promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, International Studies or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in marketing, programme management or curriculum development within higher education.
• Proven experience supervising teams and managing complex projects.
