Dubai Events Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a trustworthy, self‑driven Events Coordinator to join Xsolla’s Global Experiential Marketing team in Dubai. You will leverage local market knowledge and vendor relationships to deliver polished events, including the DFGC/Xsolla expo and Xsolla Club activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate venue searches across Dubai and the UAE, negotiating hire, F&B and related costs.
• Source and manage vendors for booth production, AV, rentals, photography, video and merchandise.
• Support delivery of sponsorship commitments at the DFGC/Xsolla events expo and other local events.
• Plan community‑driven events to grow Xsolla Club membership and regional awareness.
• Maintain event budgets, update costs in AED, and handle hotel bookings for staff.
• Set up new events on the Xsolla events page, including copy, venue details and logos.
• Manage event registration materials, liaise with local organizers, and coordinate logistics for speaking sessions.
• Keep the event roadmap tracker current and log creative briefs in Jira.
• Provide on‑site support to ensure smooth vendor setup and a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in events, marketing or vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE venue, vendor and event landscape.
• Preferred experience in video games, tech or software industry.
• Arabic language skills and existing relationships with UAE venues or vendors are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com.
• Strong command of Google Workspace.
