Ductman – Duct Installation Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ductman to install, fabricate, and maintain duct systems for oil and gas facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role involves working on both onshore and offshore projects, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Install, fabricate, assemble, and repair ductwork according to blueprints and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and size ducts using appropriate tools, and seal joints with suitable materials.
• Inspect installed ductwork for leaks or defects and perform necessary repairs and insulation.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians, welders, and engineers to complete installations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in duct installation or HVAC is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of ductwork experience, with at least 2 years in the oil and gas sector.
• Physically fit for labor‑intensive tasks and able to work in remote or offshore environments.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
