Duty Manager (Arabic Speaker) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Duty Manager acts as the Property Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations to ensure the highest standards of hospitality and service. This role represents property management in resolving guest and property issues, directs guests in the lobby, and tracks service concerns as the Guest Relations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with all departments to support operations, expedite problem resolution, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Review staffing levels, financial statements, and performance data to meet guest service, operational, and profitability goals.
• Intervene in guest or associate situations to preserve property integrity, achieve guest satisfaction, and protect associate well‑being.
• Lead by example in hospitality, empower associates, and handle guest complaints and feedback promptly.
• Participate in investigations of accidents, conduct facility inspections, and ensure cross‑training and fair administration of policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related area, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
