Duty Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Duty Manager who is fluent in Arabic to join the Front Office team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills. The role ensures guests receive efficient, courteous service while upholding Radisson standards and brand commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and Radisson policies.
• Train, coach and mentor new team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance communication and guest satisfaction.
• Manage room inventory, up‑selling, and revenue optimisation while maintaining high guest experience.
• Supervise concierge, one‑touch service and front desk teams, promoting the use of Hotelkit.
• Handle Radisson Rewards membership recognition and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Front Desk or similar hospitality role.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, able to work collaboratively across cultures.
• Personal integrity and ability to deliver excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
