Duty Manager - Front Office

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager – Front Office at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, overseeing front‑office operations and ensuring the delivery of Jumeirah’s renowned luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front office operations to meet Jumeirah service standards.
• Conduct room inspections to verify availability and compliance.
• Coordinate departmental activities to improve cooperation and service delivery.
• Attend daily briefings and communication meetings.
• Manage booking situations, including overbooking scenarios.
• Address guest complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and handle emergencies while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Oversee team performance and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in guest services, public relations or front office roles within luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
